When the Price family opened the first Salsa Brava in 2002, they did so with a dedication to excellence and focus on community and have never settled, which is part of why our menu and staff have been award-winning ever since.
Love local? So do we. We proudly source Colorado-grown ingredients and only prepare your dishes and salsas with the freshest picks. We use only the highest quality, leanest meats and only traditional, aged cheeses. We incorporate a made-from-scratch approach with all menu items and though our cooking processes cost more, we know you are worth it.
Not only do we love what we do, we love our loyal guests who have voted Salsa Brava as their favorite local Mexican restaurant time and time again. We are glad to keep raising the bar as we serve our communities of Colorado Springs and Highlands Ranch.

About Our Company
Salsa Brava is the original concept where Rocky Mountain Restaurant Group first got its start in 2002. Continuing our roots as locally owned and family operated, RMRG continues to lead the way in providing the freshest and healthiest menu items for all our guests. Our award-winning restaurants employ over 400 associates at 11 locations along the Front Range including Salsa Brava Fresh Mexican Grill, Sonterra Innovative Southwest Grill, Over Easy, A Daytime Eatery and Urban Egg, A Daytime Eatery. Our company has always been involved in our local community and committed to charitable organizations across Colorado. RMRG has been recognized as Employer of the Year by ARC for our work with staff members with developmental disabilities, awarded the Gold Level sponsor award for contributions to the United Way, and recognized for our work with the Wounded Warrior Foundation and for assisting in the Foster Care community.
